In a nutshell
Iconic, sumptuous, country house hotel is looking for a part time HR Manager to join its Senior Management Team. You will have a proven record of working within an organisation of 50+ people, ideally within a hotel, or hospitality sector(but not essential)
The Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day HR function of this lovely hotel.
- Monitoring and management of all HR systems
- Responsibility of achieving pre agreed objectives and targets.
- Reporting directly to the GM
- Responsible for the observance, implementation, and adherence of all the latest employment legislation.
- Overseeing disciplinaries and grievances
You
- An excellent communicator in writing and verbally
- Strong background in employee relations
- Unphased by the unexpected
- An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view
- An understanding of commercial realities
- CIPD qualified level 5 or working towards this
Benefits
- Salary £30,000+ pro rata DoE, £15 per hour – 16-24 hours per week
