In a Nutshell

• Unique gem of an independent hotel is looking for an experienced, urbane Hotel Manager who has a proven record, in successfully overseeing the smooth running of a 20 bed+ boutique hotel, with a two rosette standard restaurant

The Role

• Responsible for the day to day running of this fabulously romantic hotel 
• Very much a hands-on role involved in the day today running of the hotel
• Being ‘the face’ of the hotel
• Management of a small team
• Together with the Head Chef, responsible for the smooth running of the 40 cover restaurant

You

• An excellent communicator in writing and verbally
• Strong background in FoH and restaurant management
• Unphased by the unexpected
• An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view
• An understanding of commercial realities

Benefits

• Salary £45,000 – £48,000 + Bonus
• Five day working week, 45 hours a week
• Same two days off every week
