Iconic, sumptuous, 30 bedroomed independent hotel, with a rosetted 60 cover restaurant and multiple food outlets is looking for an ambitious CDP who has an aspiration to work in a kitchen with at least two rosette level. Hotel extremely well financed, with plans for development/ expansion of current facilities.
The Role
- Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the preparation of the food to maintain and further the reputation of the restaurant as one of the area’s true food destinations
- Responsible for sections as required
- Working with the freshest of local ingredients
You
- Aspiring Chef de Partie looking for a kitchen where you can develop your skills
- Strong background in the basics and an ambition to be the best
- Proven record at Chef de Partie level in a kitchen of equal standing
- An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view
