Job Description

• Up to £30k, 40 hours per week, Straight Shifts – NO SPLITS
• Based Windermere, The Lake District
• Great work life balance, no crazy hours
• 5 days on / two days off
• Meals on shift

This is a new position within this fantastic two rosette, four star, country house hotel on the shoreline of Lake Windermere.

The Role

• Assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and service of breakfast, light lunches and dinner
• Fantastic one to one training given working under one of the best emerging chefs in The Lakes

Experience

• At least two years’ experience as a Chef working with fresh food ingredients
• Able to demonstrate management skills as well as ability to work within a team
• Desire to develop and grow your career with an eagerness to learn

Good to Know

• Live in is less than two minutes’ walk to hotel
• Accommodation is excellent
