Iconic, sumptuous, 30 bedroomed hotel, with a fine dining 60 cover restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and motivate the team ensuring strict standards and procedures are adhered to.

The Role

• Responsible for day to day running of fine dining restaurant
• Developing SOP
• Training of team
• Co-ordinating rotas
